All our friendly practitioners hold professional membership with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and are registered with Medicare, Work Cover and Health Funds. Our practitioners work closely with your GP’s, specialists, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, rehabilitation providers and case managers to ensure the continuity of care.
Meet the Team
Tim has been a part of the Embrace team since 2012 with extensive experience as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Prior to joining the Embrace Team, Tim devoted his life to studying the human body and majoring in Exercise Science, holding dual degrees from both Southern Cross University and the University of Queensland where he completed his Bachelor and Master’s Degree.

Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Harrison is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), completing a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science in 2018 and Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2020 at Deakin University. Harrison has worked as an AEP in private practice with a range of chronic conditions, injuries and disabilities. Harrison prescribes exercise that is tailored to assist with mobility, quality of life, activities of daily living, strength and fitness.

Oakleigh Bonnett
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Oakleigh completed her studies at Southern Cross University gaining both a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Oakleigh’s passion of health and fitness developed from a young age, being involved in a variety of different sporting teams. Oakleigh enjoys working with clients to help them improve their health and reduce the impact of chronic disease on their daily lives.
Julian Caillon

With 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Julian has been an accredited Exercise Physiologist since 2022. Passionate about movement, Julian believes in the power of exercise to transform lives, helping people achieve better health and improve their quality of life. He specializes in using evidence-based exercise interventions to support individuals in reaching their physical and health goals, making fitness a rewarding and sustainable part of their lifestyle.
Eliza Muldoon
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Eliza grew up on the Northern Rivers and completed her studies locally at Southern Cross University in Lismore. Eliza finished her Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science in 2017 before graduating with her Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2018.
